I'm looking for a set of wind-up window doors, would prefer with lift up door catches but push button would be good too, anything considered.

Just to clarify - are we talking Defender doors here? (well obviously S2,S2A or S3 could also be interchanged here!!!)

Yeah, looking for defender doors, any LR doors prior to 85-ish are sliding window, I have some 110 sliding window doors but I'd really like wind-up windows. The doors on your 90 would be perfect!!! want to sell me them???

Hey Furgus,

Yeah I could be keen, what sort of condition are yours in?
I have good condition door bottoms and aluminium 110 door tops, all stripped down ready to be blasted and painted, all the bits are there for the locks etc, the trims are a little shabby though, but not too bad. I can send you some photos if you like.

The other option is I could give you a brand new set of series 3 door tops(New glass, track etc) plus the 110 bottoms with catches etc.

All the bits are there - the door cards are understandably tatty & typical surface rust on the bottom frame. The only major issue is that the passenger side window struggles to wind up..........the channel that the winder works on is rusted & needs replacing........I'll try & get some pics next weekend when I get to the truck next & will load them up...

Hey Furgus,

Do you have a ph number I can give you a ring on so I can have a chat to you about doors? I've found another set but they don't have the cool galv strip along the door like yours, thought it might be good to have a chat with you and see how serious you are.
