Supra bell housing

Post by BJ71 »

Howdy

My Father has killed his 4Y in his hilux so is keen to repower.

He has picked up a 5me in a complete Auto Cressida so needs a clutch, bell housing etc to put this into the hilux.

Does anyone have any leads on where he migh find a manual bell housing to suit?.

Alternatively, due to the current scarcity of maunual bell housings, has anybody ever tried to make up an adaptor ring to mate the 4y bell housing to an m series engine??

I hope that includes the auto bellhousing becouse thats the one that bolts to
adapter plate

Your standard hilux bellhousing is to long to fit an addapter plate in
