me and my hilux

hi al as you can see im new to the forums and new to 4wding. i have in the past been into moddified drift cars but that soon got boring soooo i brought my self a good basic 1989 ln130 surf. its a good little truck and i am slowly stating to do mods on it. have recently got a set of bullbars on it and somes spottys. looking at getting some bigger wheels and a suspention lift... heres a few pics from the day i got it

the truck is beeing used at the mo for towing my boat and im currently looking at a new rifle so it wil be used for hunting rond the local farmlands

any suggestions on what i can do next???

haha havnt washed it since i got it so it looking a little bit ruffer. took it out on a farmers paddock last weekend and found some nice steep hills to play on haha

sik thats muddy as haha... :shock:. Mud tyres/new rims suspension lift rear bumper taken off with rated tow hooks a front bull bar, and you'll be set!

if it was my truck id definitely be getting rid off all that chrome though! :mrgreen:

im looking at getitng my bumpers powder coated black and some new wheels soon so should look better

I would not waste money powder coating the bumpers until you have beaten them up and the chrome starts flaking
I believe that as you start taking it off road you will most likley replace the bumpers with some solid bar work.

I did till I got the bighorn now the surf is our good wagon
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.
