im looking in to doing a body lift for the rocky. Was wondering if someone else has done a body lift and would be willing to help me out by telling me what they used.
Hi, I did a 2" body lift on my 91 Rocky, I used UHMWPE plastis and got some longer 8.8 bolts, I found you had to move a couple of thing under the bonnet such as the radiator had to move down so ther was clearance between the fan and the bottom inlet, a few things on the fire wall as well due to there not being enough lenght in the line from them. I would post some photo's but have been unable to get an to load to this site, If you Email me I will sent you some pic of my Rocky befor e and after, Cheers.

Hello I did 2'' too it was very easy I also bought new bolts, I went with stronger bolts also (the price was right & they fit the same) I just found a steel pipe that was a similar diam. to the mounting bushings & cut it into 2'' pieces. Jacked it up I think I did left & right not front to back , I dont think it matters. Then some minor repositioning of various parts. I think the project was very easy & quick I did it in an Afternoon. I am sure you want bigger tires & I do too, I am seriously thinking of also doing some power upgrades as the rocky doesnt start off to strong HAHA! I know you can do it easy! Later, ALASKAMAX

I did a 2.5" body lift on my Feroza. The pictures are in another thread( show your rig? i think). I used aluminum spacers. You will have to readjust your bumper height and do some minor adjustments on the radiator otherwise its not a complicated step. Check WARFS there is a discussion on Body lift there.
