Sweet, I got onto this forum after googling Jeeps NZ and saw the Canterbury Jeep lub site with some awesome photo's of NZ....

I have some Brisbane photo's here - not as much mud but still fun.....big Jeep community in Brisbane with 4 Jeep clubs between Surfers Paradise and Noosa. http://gallery.mac.com/alexayres#100009

Also, saw some photo's in Jeep Action Australia of NZ wheeling a few months back - looked sweet..

Yeah, looks good - a light bar and some spotties would be sweet......how's the gearing? I am guessing fuel milage is a dirty word (two dirty words)....

i have never had it on the road (or offroad ;)) so i am not too sure about gearing etc
i think the factory gearing is fairly low, the gear box is 4 speed but its Low - 1 - 2 - 3, so i would imagine that selecting low gear in the gear box, and low selected on the transfer case would result in very low gearing.

yeah ... i am not looking forward to the petrol bill.

It shouldn't be too bad, but then "bad" is a relative word. I would love to have a toy like that.

Never heard of it, Mahindra never really came out of the 1950s design concept.

Looking good, the Jeep numbers are growing, so it's not just the Nissan's and Toyota's who will be calling the shots here :D .

How many Jeeps will be at Rallywoods tomorrow, I for 1 will be there.

Here is a shot from August last year when I was there
