Poly carb is OK as long as it has the sticker. That's what I use but mine doesn't have the sticker and as I just buy it from Bunnings, if anything is said I just rip it out and put a new one in later. You don't have to have a window to pass. The poly carb I use is 1.2mm thick so it lasts about a year before it needs replacing. Most glass places should be able to get 4mm poly carb with safety sticker and cut it to your pattern. The biggest advantage with poly carb is you can just glue it in and the biggest disadvantage is it scratches quite easily.
Nissan Terrano coilovers, turboed VH45, Safari axles, and some other stuff.

na that stuff scratches and you cant wipe mud off it because it goes all frosted
i have used it before and wont again.... my partners sisters partner made me up glass side windows double laminated safety glass so they plenty strong

i wouldnt have no window in the back incase i wanted to take my bow for a walk while i was out 4wding

Well i have finally finished all the mods to the body of my truck :D .

Its Finally finished and im very pleased with the way it turned out.
all the mods done are.
50mm body lift
100mm suspension lift
35/11.5/15 Simex ET2
Wellside ute chop
Front and Rear guards chopped for tyre clearance
Rear sils chopped
Rock sliders
Rear LSD diff

Still to come.
Roll bar
Spot lights
custom front and rear bars

ok im doing a custom snorkle now and need some advise on size pipe to use.
what would be best 3in, 3 1/2in, or 4in
