Has the gearbox been rebuilt?? If not it will need to be done soon

Re: L200 4x4 any good
My fathers one is a 93 sport 4x4 diesel turbo. It has done 350000kms on the original motor/box/turbo.
It has always been well serviced which I have found is the key to Mitsubishi turbos. It is still going strong, apart from it needing a new clutch soon. The seat springs are a bit second hand now too. If you can get the service history and it is all good, it should go for alot longer yet.

if the cooling system has been looked after its all good but as soon as you abuse it the head gives up, weak heads, mine blew a head week after i bought it, chucked a non turbo head on and its been sweet ever since! lol only diff is the injector glow plug port is 1.5mm smaller but i havnt noticed any difference ! but i agree with tgaguy if its been maintained will be sweet as! also try get the guy to start it cold as the injector pumps tend to pack up alot ! had 2 of them and its happened twice maybe unlucky!
