bulbs in dash replacement?? 1994 Terrano

has anyone ever replaced the bulbs in the switches and in the air con unit, at night most of my switches dont illuminate, also the ones for auto gearbox power/auto and shock settings sport/comfort. i suspect there not replaceable and need new switches at great expense. thanks

Think most switch lights are LED's and shouldn't need replacing. Think you may find that there is a dead circuit somewhere if there are that many not going.

They are not LED's, i wish they were tho.
If you remove the centre consol you can press out the switches. You will see where the lamps are in the switches, they are like a fat "grain of rice" type lamp with a plastic/rubber coloured sleeve over them.
Mine have blown too but I haven't tried to source any yet. I must get around to it sometime soon.
Maybe a 12V led would fit?

I just replaced some in my new shiny, if they are the small ass bayonet ones go to a auto sparky first coz repco etc don't stock them
