In my humble (but very important) opinion :P I would call this "Snake Oil".

They work on the fact that its not worth much so you won't be assed pulling it all out again to return... they make their money the old fasioned way... not not THAT old fasioned way... there are no suspenders or garter belts involved... its just a plain and simple have.
