Hilux/surf wiring loom q's

The old wiring loom in my yn hilux ddble cab has been hacked about that much with the motor conversion and otha crap im looking at trying to replace just the under dash part of it, does anyone know if you can replace that part of the loom easily ie there is a few looms in the truck and they all get plugged together and also weather the surf and hilux yn looms under the dash etc are the same. Hope that makes sense for you guys
