Post by ninjazuuk »

Hey to all My names graham and im pritty new to 4x4ing just rescently picked up an 87 zuuki sj413 because of the fact that there so easy to work on and resonable cheap to get started in 4wding and it just keeps growing on me more and more, oive been with waugu a couple of times in the past 4wding and ive caught the bug just like he did. Its completely bone stock but wanting to change that hopefully soon, and was just wondering if there was anybody on here who works for or can get me some prices on a complete lift kit for the zuuk and also maybe some tips and tricks that maybe needed for a lift or anythign else thats nice little cheap upgrades on them, thanks heaps, Graham.

Good choice, heaps of cheap options, fit the biggest tyres you can fit and afford (preferably 30" muddies) any bigger and your gearing gets up the shit and you start to break things. Have a look at the suzuki section on www.outerlimits4x4.com really good site with god tech. Check the "sierra bible"

Theres no such thing as a dumb question..... :D

Hi ninjazuuk,
If you are after some inspiration or to empty your wallet check these US sites out :!:
http://www.rocky-road.com , http://www.spidertrax.com & http://www.trailtough.com . Lots of funky toys
(The wife wants to ban me from these site as I either order something or go and make it under the house! :( )
Good choice, heaps of cheap options, fit the biggest tyres you can fit and afford (preferably 30" muddies)

After these you put on the Bunnings flexy flares! (semi rigid garden edging- $25 for 10m)
As Mr O said, have a look at outerlimits forum, and have a look through the past postings in the suzuki forum on here,as there is all sorts of tricks and tips to be found.
Don't forget to post pics in the Show us your SuZUKi thread :D
