The one in my pocket, I seem to be always reaching for it

Use to call it the "one bar heater" in the bush as it always keeps your hands warm, many other uses as well

Every tool is a hammer, except screwdrivers which are chisels.

They are hammers to. Gotta have something to whack the end of your 'chisel' with and another screwdriver is usually the closest thing :D

My favorite tool is probably the gas soldering iron/blow torch I just bought of trademe. They are so bloody handy.

Prob my 3/8" socket set.
Small enough for everything but the most fiddly bolts, big enough to unbolt a motor and gearbox.

currently my 1/2 inch drive ratchet that is only 5 inches long and has a swivel between the handle and the ratchet mechanism. If I can get my hand into a gap I can use this thing - Brilliant.

My next favourite is the little green box we use to set off explosives, not that it is impressive or flashy but the end results are ...... Cool.

We've got a 1" one at work would have to be at least a 1000mm in length and can do up to 600 ft lbs of torque, when that isn't good enough we have another adapter which takes it 3 times of what ever it is so can get up to around 1800 ft lbs of torque. Rad ha?!

Um my favourite tools would have to be either my ratchet spanner set or the big blue hammer (oxy acetylene gas torch lol)

So you're all petrol heads, but only one good bugger has chosen his chainsaw as favourite tool???!!

I've only got a cheap Ryobi chainsaw (hey, i'm young and have a mortgage - what am i gonna do?) but not only does it stay surprisingly sharp and start really easily... but it is the perfect combination of hand tools and engines

Mmmmmmm engines and tools combined..... **drool**
