Wanted - Hilux or Surf jack rods and handle

Has anyone got a spare set of rods and handle for the standard Toyota jacks? There should be 3 pieces, one long one with a hook in the end, a smaller straight extension and then the handle that goes on the other end. Oh - and I also need a standard wheel brace.

I just bought a Hilux and it has the jack - but nothing else ;-(
