Hi does anyone know of a (turbo for a 2.8 rugger up for sale). Thanks am in waimate sth island by the way.

Lucky eh.
But they're an IHI RHB5, parts and rebuilds shouldn't be a problem even if he manages to kill one in the future. Subarus, bighorns, mu's, mazdas, caldinas etc all use turbos from the same family.
