We had a awesome time in Whanga road and the secret location!!

I think Ryan has said it all for us really, we had a fantastic time and it is well worth doing this trip.

I have the photo's HERE

I have video's as well but they take for ever to load to photobucket, so will upload to youtube.

I would like to mention that the kids, Shylo, Regan and Michaela were great fun and made the trip that bit more funnier with their mud slinging egg throwing activities with Nick at lunch on Saturday, also the way they just kept popping up out of Nick's sunroof taking photo's and video's.

On the way home we called in to Wanganui to drop Shylo back home, had dinner at Shylo's grandmothers tavern, great meal as well really hit the spot after a big and long day of 4x4ing.

Cheers to all that came, it was great to meet Rachel and Nick and catch up with Dave and Ryan again! (Taz I see all the time   )

Reece & Lyn

No problem guys great meeting you and Lyn.

The kids say they are burning a copy of that CD for you

Pulled the radiator and alt out today. Alt full of shit and radiator like a solid block lol. Trying to find another Alt but shit they are costly

My opinion of this weekend was LOVED IT LETS DO IT AGAIN
well first things first my thanks go to Nick and Rach for putting up with us
secondly big thanks to Ron for lets us use his shed to do repairs for Sunday.

Now lets get things straight my pos didn't break down at all, I in my rush to go to Whanga road I left the ring in the drivers hub out in my panic to repair the collapsed wheel bearing so was not noticed until I needed 4wd (bout a k into the track) so parked up and became a passenger bloody great too see stuff you wouldn't see if driving ie: shit ryan look at the drop off on this side dude......... never really got much of an answer to that. Later that night after pub call we trundle back to Rons Shed for a few little repairs....hey the ring outa a mitsi fits and should have 4wd, Reece pulled the alt and fixes Dave has his alt out as well do what we can but not quite enough but still gets him home, Nick brings tea with him and his turn nah still heating up oh well Rons last words at 1am are are you buggars done yet ...yep we say...good now F##k off I wana go to bed see ya at 9.
And yep there he is at 9am so its off to the secret spot and shit still no 4wd so good ole Reece gives me his so I can can play...oh dear still no go but 5min later suddenly 4wd kicks in and away we go yep we all got stuck at some stage some more than others but nobody cared we were having fun digging, stropping, pointing laughing all great fun .
In all anyone who has not been up this way ....
SHOULD
GREAT TRACKS
GOOD PEOPLE
4wheeling what else is there..........my opinion.....
