We are ready to send out entry forms but I need to get an idea of entry numbers. As it stands the entry fee will be $150 but if I can get 12 entries confirmed by Wednesday then we'll drop the entry fee to $125. On top of this there will be a charge of $5 per support crew to cover the costs of food on Saturday afternoon and Sunday prize giving.
We are having some last mintue access problems with one site so we may not be able to cater for spectators,but this will be confirmed before the end of the week. It won't effect the running of the event it will just mean we will be racing on one site instead of 2 different sites.
Also we have changes things for the club class. After learning a bit more about the event Steve ran at Helensville, we are going to run the same vehicle rules and will mark the tracks accordingly. This means Club class don't need aditional roll over protection unless they are a soft top vehicle. We will use the same gate system to keep the speeds down.
So if you are keen, then let me know ASAP and we will set the entry fee on Wednesday.
