must be 30x8x15 and have heaps of offset.......they are to go on my unlifted rocky so if 30' is to big let me know and when i put tires on them the tires cant be more than 9.50' so if 8' rims are to wide let me know also
i want the rims to stick out the side of my truck so it looks cooler and handles better in the corners...........so the more offset without interfareing with the steering the better

When running 30x9.5x15's on the 'zuk, I used a 15x7 rim. Offset was +10, but might be a bit too far in for you. Be careful of going too wide an offset with 30's as the wider you go, the more tyre-swing you get under turning. This can give clearance issues, particularly at the rear of the front wheel-well.
If no-one on here can help, try Beaurepaires. They got me my 15x8's which were difficult to source at the time. ('Speedy' wheels). Good price too!
Do you know anyone with a set you can try, before you spend your coin on a set that might not fit?
Also suggest you PM Meece4x4, he's run a rocky for quite a while.
