Black kidney belt is what it really is but I have used it as a back brace a few times and it works well.

Yep bring it for sure, I've mostly got lower back problems and worst case senario at least it'll help keep my fat guts out of the way

ok heres a sort of list so far... Finish off Showers Finish off Doors / Door Knobs / Locks Tidy up entrance at the bunk end Tidy up Building Site Trim back Bushes in camping area Install posts to stop vehicles on camping area Firewood Track Clearing Painting of the hut can wait for warmer weather
