Re: rims on 4wdbits
Im running 15x8 with a -18 offset on my Wide Body Surf
keeps my 33x12.5 BFG even with the outside of the flare. Minimal Rubbing with 2" body lift that a BFH fixed on the firewall.
-24 offset would prob have been a bit better as would stick out abit more. but i would have had to added flare extensions.

Thanks UBZ
i think ill go with the -24 as i hav rubber flares and not to worried if i have to make bigger ones to keep wheels inside.

Re: rims on 4wdbits
just get the widest ones you can mate. I think mine were -19 so 24 should be pretty good. email 4wdbits tell them you want the largets offset they have

Re: rims on 4wdbits
-24 is the largest ex stock offset rim in NZ Rocky road .com have bigger but shipping cost prohibitive. would go well on a surf but also may rub out side edge at rear of tyre at full lock.

If you follow me in the bush you must be mad cause I'm plain CRAZY !!!
