410 transfer case into samurai

hi was guna get my 410 t case into my sammy tomorrow and thought i should ask a few questions first. does the 410 gearbox to transfer case driveshaft fit into a sammy gearbox? and does anyone no what oil i use to refill the t box with? hope someone has some answers to these questions, thanks

It isn't my specialist subject but I am sure I have read about a couple of issues when I was researching putting a 410 or 413 transfer into a Jimny.
Yes it will bolt in but depending on the model 410 it came from you might have issues with the drive-shaft flanges.
Basically you swap the flanges from the 413/Samurai onto most of the 410 boxes so at least the drive shafts match.
From memory the issue is with the early 410 transfer boxes (usually identified by not having the 4x4 switch) where the flange splines are different.
As far as oil, I just use normal diff / manual gearbox (EP95?) in mine.
