its a 2 pin, so to you, a 4cyl
Just a little tech snippet here, the term 4cylinder and v6 carriers came from the US as they never had solid axle hiluxs after 86 and anything 4 cylinder was still a 2 spider diff. the 6's had 4 spiders.
Basically in NZ any ln130s and later had the 4spiders. Dont quote me on that as its just what I understand, so I could be wrong

The easiest way to tell the difference is the number of ribs, a 4cyl has 3 ribs on each side and the V6 has 4 on each side
