Is the pipe connected to the sunroof drain?

As dave has said, make sure the tube is connected then with the sunroof open, squirt some compressed air down the drain to clear any obstructions.

The tube runs down into the sill, the sill could be blocked (has 3 little slots in bottom) or the tube has moved. Take the kick panel off and ther is a white plastic box thing which screws out. The tube is behind that. It can get pinched behind that too which can block it.

If it is blocked i use weedeater cord to unblock it and get it flowing again.
