rear tyre, clutch is a bit funny? seems 'tall'. (as in seems not to fully disengage, when you pull clutch lever in stll is grabbing a bit when cold) may be an adjustment.. as for service history. we got it new from dwains service center in tapanui and have done filter every 5-6 hours and oil every second filter.

small world lol... i was born in tap, and my olds got married there...

and is it just me or has the ass fallen out of the second hand trailbike market?

4k for what looks to be a very tidy KTM seems bloody cheap, and has the road gear... and looking on tardme theres seems to be quite a few cheap lateish model dirtbikes for sale?
shit when i was looking for a 250 dirtbike that could be legal 2 years ago my only option was a dr250 for about what your asking for a KTM...
maybe its the influx of dodgy chinese dirtbikes...

sorry for the ot but yeah...

yep and the fact that new ones are cheap when you think that a high preformance 250 four stroke used to be 13.5g(that what the ktm was) and know you can get kxf and rmz for 10 new

I'll find out Saturday when my auction finishes. But so far I've had no offers. $4k might be high reserve looking at this KTM. (nice) But there is a bit of mucking round getting it on road. Lights, indicators, mirrors, speedo, gearing or sprockets, tires, VIn, Reg and WOF etc.
In the week I've had the KLX on TM I've had over 600 views and 30 watches and 3 people look at it (including you niblik). So it'll be interesting to see what happens this Saturday.

Good luck with the KTM. Looks nice!
Oh yeah, what's the road bike I see in the back ground there Andrew?

Sold the KLX for $4000. A guy came round before auction was closed and offered 4k. After talking with Andrew and the drama he's had selling his KTM for 4k. I thought yep! 4k SOLD! :D
