I won't be coming to watch this year, (my truck is sick and I don't want to push it too much till I get it in to be looked at), so I hope to see lots of photos and hear all the goss of what went on please. :wink:

I was at a workshop in CHCH at 4pm today, there where four people working on a 4WD that sort of looked like it could end up looking like a Landrover , but it's going to take an allnighter, :roll: :roll: :roll: .

so they might be rolling it out of the workshop at 6am for a shakedown at the sheffield tomorrow :lol: :oops:

The afternoon rounds are under way here at the moment, first to break were the toyota's, but the nissan's are starting to faultre, go the land rovers I say! :)

billyvanboheman is "AL" up and running again, i shaw him with a broken right front hub. How is smoky doing i hope is head is ok. i have a sad looking shot of wheels up.

We're on the way home now. Both smokey & Al got going again but Smokey was back in the carpark when we left.

Awsome day :D made it through the mornig ok apart from only having 3 whell drive for the first 4 stages due to a hub not ingauging got that soughted pretty quick and completed the morning then on the 3rd stage in the avro blew both front hubs :shock: at the same time :shock: :shock: so that was it for me :(

was a good day great conditions and some really cool sections and trucks. I haven't seen a picture of a nice red cruiser on its roof yet...

I came 23rd in the open with 2388.47 points just beind Al in 22nd with 2388.37 points :D bugger Bubbles is giving me stick :oops:

you guys had some fun by the sounds of it ,i had whale probs water in my trans computer, so never made it was planing to be there at 11 but had to sort the saf out ready for my new project to be done on the old tart
