hi all

is a compression ratio of 9.5:1 high or low? would that motor handle a supercharger on 4-5psi? and would i need a sc12 or sc14?

9.5:1 is not a high-compression motor, but other factors determine how suitable it is for boost-charging.

Somewhere on this site is a superb thread on working out supercharger requirements, gives all the calculations necessary to establish size and rpm requirements. I had a quick look but couldn't find it, bit was referred to it myself when asking a similar question.
