must be a new set up that works really well

hes a clever chap this one

I'm fairly sure now that hes answered my question, that it was from Taupo and the guy in Taupo bought it off a guy in Auckland somewhere who built it to be used as a winch truck and I'm sure it was actually used once or twice, and my memory tells me that it was built by someone who is prominenent in the winch challenge scene.

when it came out of auckland it wasn't light green ,, but a very light gold colour with ARB stickers plastered all over it.

somebody north of the bombays may remember it now that we know what colour it used to be

the rear deck and fuel tank placement was the thing that jogged my memory, as its sort of unique.

so as for the history,,,,,,,,

auckland owner did a winch challenge or two in it.......

taupo guy used it a few times in the bush but mainly as a hunting wagon from what I can recall, and the guy selling it will have to tell ya what hes used it for

hope this helps Tony

cheers

having looked at the photo of the rear end it kinda looks like a beam axle across the back, not sure what independent system that is

My previous POS had a 2lte which this one looks like and whilst it wasn't a powerhouse managed to spin the 33" tah's nicely...., and dug holes etc.
