Hey crizpy, depends what side your coming from. If your starting point is from the Kapiti side, then up State 1 would be your quickest way. I do it daily from Wgtn Ferry terminal to Palmy in just under 2 hours in a 44 tonne truck, and Woodville is only another 35 minutes from Palmy.

If your coming from the Hutt Valley side, then pop over the big hill, up through the Wairarapa and wait at the Pongaroa turnoff between Pahiatua & Mangatainoka around 8.00/8.15 AM Sunday morning and Badnuz crew will be coming through there around 8.15 AM. :D

Yep, be a good idea, as floor space will be at premium. Good flat lawn right outside the kitchen door for tents.

I had contact with Mike a few days ago, and unfortunately he is not going to be able to make it this time. The night he was to drive his Surf back up from ChCh , it sh%t the alternator and threw one of the brushes through the block and a piston fell out onto the road. 8) 8)

He is now going back down this weekend to put a new motor in.

He says he WILL be on the next one.

Just had a lengthy PM from Mark a short time ago. He has asked that their privacy be respected in their time of mourning and that he doesn't want to be bombarded with PM's. 8)

Sometime earlier this week, their pet goldfish passed away, and during the process of Mark trying to flush it down the sh%tter, the bathroom collapsed (it was a bloody big goldfish alright!!). Now that their home is exposed to the elements, and until the builders rebuild their house, they are taking an extended 2 month break to the ski-fields in Mt Baw Baw National Park in Vic, Australia, leaving this afternoon in the whale. 8)

He has assured me that as soon as the house has been rebuilt, they will come back and will be on the next trip to Costa Plenty, and that in the meantime, everyone to have a good time. :D :D
