60 and 61 surf flares?

Hi all. i have a set of flares for my 60 series surf, now i know these probly arent desired because trees and rutts get in the way of them, but i have the means to make moulds for them, which means, when you break them a new set could be made up in a day, and replaced back onto your truck the next. Im considering making these moulds just to get for myself, so that i can fit the flares knowing if i do any damage to them they can easily be replaced, Would anybody else be keen??? It would be motivation for me to get the moulds made up real soon, if i had, say half dozen orders. Ideal for them big mud tyres, and gives the truck i bitava face lift from the usual black rubeer flares. let me know aye.

What width are they? and how much would they cost?

the flares follow the outline of the flares on the guards, same shape etc, tuck in nicely around inside the guard, ide say would be couple inches at the widest point, suits trucks with big muds, but to be honest dont look so good on factory small road tyres. Ide be looking at say $40 a corner. $160 a set of 4. a guy on trade me sells his for ln130 surfs for $250 a set
