Just got my cert plate today after a very looong time, and the cert man was telling me that engine transplants done after 1st april 2008 need to past an emissions test and of course the bollocks 95dB noise test. Luckily mine was put in a year ago but did have to get an extra coby for the noise. Just thought i'd let you know to watch out when you change engines.
phone your certifier and ask what the hold up is posibly has not sent in a form correctly, ask him for a temp cert plate (not sure if you can get this they do it for vehicles not already issued with # plates)
If you follow me in the bush you must be mad cause I'm plain CRAZY !!!
