lots of questions

Lot of questions regarding my old green 40 series yep its the one from nelson i sold it to a guy in auckland looks like he let it go its not so mint any more and yes a guy in wellington owns it now looks like crap with small tyres on it get some 36s back onto it it love them :mrgreen: green is cool

Not me but I know who owns it... both heads are dead, they were both cracked! :shock: :shock:

Yea he has my number iv been talking to him a bit he said they arent good never mind as i say its been let go a bit since i had it he will get it sorted and when he does look out wellington :mrgreen:

Big Green 40.......you are new to this forum with only 2 post which contridict each other one you say "not my 40" and the other "my 40" so what is it ........or have you had to much to drink tonight and could only dream of owning it :mrgreen:

I am not trying to pick a fight I just want to know yours our not yours just to clear up any cunfusion :wink:
Oh and buy the way was a sweet truck and almost brought it for the misses but would not have been able to forgive myself for letting her have a toymotor(fun banter) :lol: :lol: :lol:

Welcome to the forum BIG GREEN 40, the trucks been out on a couple of ORE trips since it arrived in Wgtn but its had a few teething problems, I think it broke a pinion and now the cracked heads.

yep i did a pinion stuck on the road with no drive BUGGER had to pull it up the drive locked up with the old boys safari and i still here about it he will get it sorted iv been talking to the new owner he seens keen so hopfully it gone to a good home :mrgreen:

well that will do its in my drive bit of a story to that photo i was sorting the shocks out held one in there stepd back to have a look got called away yep forgot it was there and the v8 had no trouble driving over that the ranchos arent that good :mrgreen:

Hi PR just to clear you confusion you have quoted ME Kiwimidi and Big green 40 here i stated that it was a mates he has said it was his. Hope that helps

I could be wrong but that pic looks a bit like mapua nelson?(some were by the ski club)?

well after buying a house the toys slowly died i have gone bad and brought a GQ swb am looking for a set of 50mm spring for it if any one has a set

Monaco....thats what I ment,by the water ski club,mapua's on the way to Mot not sure what I was thinking there :oops:

There are a set of 50mm lift coils on TM at the moment for around $300 I think, good price, as they are near new.

well boys you found me out yes its monaco where i used to live then it moved to wakefield with me then i sold it for to much money to auckland :D Regarding the 50mm springs on trade me what are they like i have only delt with leaves so am learning about the coil set ups( Dobinsons Any good )

yep i no where the hilux is i was in the club for a wile i had the red MU with the bars and the 33s but then got a real truck and as you no YEP my Tyres were to big for you boys is there still a 33 tyre size limit in the club

Yeah, dobinson coils are very good IMO. I have run Tough Dog, OME and TJM in my Safari's, and gone back to my original Dobinsons.
Get the numbers off them and look up what rates they are to see if they suit what you want.
