I have a spare seat in my truck (in fact I only have 2 seats period), so if anyone would like to come away for the weekend on this trip, then more than welcome. It's going to be BBQ's, Booze and excellent 4x4ing.

All you will need to bring is sleeping bag, clothes , booze and either food, or money for food. NO requirement to donate for fuel, as I am going anyway and have that covered.

Meeting up with Dave (DBWRacing) at Sanson around 2.00 PM on the Friday (24th) and convoying through to Nicks from there, cos Dave said so!!! 8)

Ok guys have just heard about a big slip at the other end of the track. The Farmer at Aotuhia Station has offered if we go in on the Saturday and cut back the track he will bring his digger in and repair slip. It may take a while to do it, but he has offered a trip on his farm the next day. Our good mate Tony has offered to lead the trip through Aotuhia Station which is a bloody good track and will add something to the trip.

So what we need is someone else with a chainsaw. Does one of the Welly crew have one that they can bring?

Jerry MSN me when you get a change

Medium size chainsaw available here also, plus electric sharpening gear. Let's know if it will be required, cos not much point lugging it up there if it's not.

I'm canceling my earlier pencil in for this trip. Hilux isn't ready and it sounds like this trip will not be suitable for the Zuke.
