How about this weekend? I'd prefer to do something other then red rocks for a change of scenery but don't have a winch or the numbers to do Odlins.

Anything?? :(

Yeah I wouldn't mind a drive this weekend, either tonight or tomorrow but I'm busy Sunday morning

Well that decides it then. If no one else is gonna do it then i will. I will have a look at the tides and weather and decide when and where from there.

Who interested?

Who wants a dive/fish, maybe go round Cave Bay or up the stream, Who can get, and what permission do you need to go up the stream, the one by the mud hole

Yeah i keen to return to ODLINS too :)

was at our ccvc meeting last week and the two guys that normally work on odlins road to keep it open said they had just been in there and there has been a massive slip both sides of the track and is very dangerous and will need digger work. They said they felled some trees to stop anyone from proceeding

I'm pretty sure that Stream is Terawhiti Station, you'd have to ring Alan Hobbs for permission but it might be a bit difficult to get permission coz of the windfarm construction even though theres no construction going on in that area?

Ok so Odlins is out for a few weeks, and Red Rocks is old after you do it every weekend for a few months so I might travel upto Palmy and see what they can conger up.

I'll keep an eye on this thread because if I don't goto Palmy I'll still want something local to do this weekend and for future weekends!!
