help wanted

whats ive got is a 1985 D/C hilux, failed its wof on friday, too much rust in the tray. ive lined up a aliminuim tray from a single cab hilux, fairly new, not sure what year.

so what i need, is some one around welly who can cut a section out and re-weld it up and maybe the mounts if they dont line up.
any one out there keen and has some time soon?
or next best thing know any one?

or you could try Turoa Panel and Paint and Mechanical .....

I cant weld alloy so had to turn him down

You will probably need to tig weld it because its alloy.....find someone that can tig weld well......

ya can mig it you just need to change the feed rollers, gas,tips and filler wire..... so there ya go james ya should be set to do it next time your at tech..........

we have a single phase mig changed to a pull type gun to weld ali now, goes so much better that a push wire set up
89 safari, pto winch, 33x15 simexs. sliders,75mm lift . turbo intercoolered
