I don't know if i can ask this question, but ill try anyway..

To kit up a safari, like this one, is it quite an expensive thing to do, to get it to this sort of standard?
So would i be saving money (if i had any - im a student remember!!), and i wanted a safari, to buy one like this, instead of buying a stock standard one and kitting it up from there?

If I'm pushing the boundaries with this question, just say, and ill let it pass.

Richard.

Hell yes you will save money!!! My POS worth 6k, just spent 3k on tyres and lift kit, saved 500 hundy by fitting it myself with mates, front bar and winch $500, drop boxes $350, still need to spend about 2k to finish it off

Don't even mention the higher k's on mine   and then we have the fact it is a whale  ................
Then I want to repower the POS..............

Its like anything, they are worth what the market says.
I sold my old GQ for $9500 at the start of the year, was a 92 with 135km on it, difflock, pto winch, 4" lift with all the custom panhards etc etc , and the then owner moved to oz and sold it for $7500 on TM recently

At the present time this truck owes me about $28000  I brought it as a shinny stock standard and built it all up from there as for the engine most people think it has a turbo cause it is way quicker then normal due to the tuning on the dyno I had done  It can beat mine in a straight drag and mines a factory turbo

While not a Nissan man myself I have watched yor thread from the start.
I have to say anyone looking for a well set up Safari who doesn't have the skills or money to do the modifications then buy this truck, it's really good value for money :!:
It always costs a lot more to do these sort of mods than the average person realises and the figure this vehicle owes them would be correct and not exaggerated.
Pity it's not a Toyota, needs a SAS surf or I would've bought it.
All jokes aside good luck with the sale
