15x8's will be fine, there'll be more chance of popping beads with 15x10s

yeah about 30 ish but it probably wont really matter coz they'll wear bloody fast anyway as all agressive tyres do   :?

I got the same tyres as you and put them on 15x10s and air down to about 5-8 psi and haven't had any troubles with them. i like the 10 inch rims cause they stick out a bit further to avoid rubbing

I run mine at 25-30 onroad and start at 10psi offroad, did you get tubes fitted... ps watch out for them on sidelings.... when you stop you will find them sliding sideways, they can also dig out of ruts too. they work best in the mud when they are spinning fast. be careful on gravel roads going round corners fast .... you may notice the back sliding out due to the open tread design.

I would use the 8 inch rims because they will clear better. I have 35x12.5 on 8 inch and they are too wide . My 35 simexs are on 7 inch which are much better. My friends run 7 inch with their 12.5s and they are better than my 8 inch ,so 8 inch would be real good for the 13.5s

the skinier the rim the lower the pressure will have to be for it to be flat across the ground and bag out more, ive got 35x12.5 treapadors on 10" and another set on 9" and the 10" look heaps widers and work better especialy in ruts, its kinda the same theory as a hot rod tyre, the put wider tyres and rims on so they have more tread on the ground, so why would you not do that with 4x4ing?

Okay tip to get even wear on tyres.
In your local SMOOTH carpark concrete driveway draw a line across each tyre do 2 or 3 revolutions and see where the chalk has worn off. if chalk has gone right across tyre that will be even wear and of course if chalk is gone from middle only then tyre has to much air and will wear middle. Half to one pound will make a difference

Now after all that the most important part of the tyre to us 4 wheelers is the edges thats where we gt all our sidebite from so pump them up hard and wear the middles but when you get in the ruts the edges and side will still work.

I would firmly agree with Bulletproof on rim width, I recently sold a vehicle with virtually brand new 35inch Mudzillas on 15x10's, I would've kept them for my next truck but after running 15x8's with creepy's and BFG at's, and MTR's, over a period of 4yrs and never popping a bead I bought the forementioned and popped a bead first trip out.
I now have a good set of 15x8's to go on the new truck.

Go with the 8". I used to run 36 x 12.5 on 8" rims and only ever popped one bead. We run at 5-8psi and unlike the trials guys, who are bagging for flotation and extra foot print on what is generally soft , muddy ground, we are trying to fold tyres over rocks, that are sometimes wet from river water. Hence our tyres get seriously out of shape at times. I am now running 39.5 x 15.5 on 8" wide rims, and have never looked like having an issue with them.
Ugly is a state of mind..... and the state of my truck!
