metalsolv and a heap of elbow grease, and you get to drink the beer as well

Sand them with 600 wet and dry using brasso as lubricant, then go to 1200 wet and dry, and finish with using autosolv.
If they are alloy, they will come up like brand new. Only takes about an 1hr a wheel.

I have often wondered what is the fascination with Black wheels? They don't look good thats for sure.
