Nailed a couple of tree's this afternoon too. Also picked up some extended shackles from Warren. Will put them in tomorrow if it rains as forecast - and chuck on the 36" Swampers

Ripped out my rear brake shoes, cleaned out all the mud and crap and stuck in a new set with linings on them. Both wheel cylinders had seized pistons and after ringing around the closest replacements were in New Plymouth so I dug out a near new one and a sort of ok one from a pile of crap I found in the shed and stuck it all back together again.

Friday, replaced rear diff head, changed engine oil, drained transfer case (grr got water in there, but not too bad), Checked front diff and it just has nice golden oil - success on front diff waterproofing it seems.
Sold my 1985, BJ74 MWB Landcruiser, rear locker, 33" MTs, snorkel, PTO winch, solid bars all round, spotties, AM CB etc.
Now just a 1994, 1kz Surf, pretty standard.
