Howdie all due to a fark up by NZ immigration i have had to leave NZ. Am now sitting at hong kong airport waiting for next plane. Will tell full story when i get to england just took pic out the window but weathers shit. I,m off to find a bar

Just got to my sisters in portsmouth england. Pretty farked off. what basically happened was i got a letter last friday(week ago) saying i had to leave NZ buy tuesday. So i contacted immigration, wellington the same day i got the letter. Could not speak to anyone as they were not in there offices. Rung again on tuesday after the holiday monday and spoke to the head of immigration and asked wtf was going on. was told to print forms off and fill them in and return in the morning and will be fine. So my wife printed forms off at work and we filled them in. But at 7 am next morning 3 immigration people and 4 policeman almost kicked the door down. Was told i was under arrested for being an over stayer by 7 hours .

Said i had spoken to officials the day before ect. Was told we dont believe you are in a relationship . Been married 4 yrs to my wife.

so spent 3 days in cells at lower hutt and was escorted to wellington airport with two policeman who stayed with me till we got to england ffs,(although they were great and could not really believe what was happening themselves).

What angers me the most is seeing my wife in bits at the airport, Yes they let me say goodbye but that was it. She was and is distraught.

And to cap it all off immigration now tell me i,m not allowed to visit NZ for 5 years

My wife said if we dont get it sorted she will come over after xmas, But she has a extremley well paying job plus has 2 cats she treats like her babies ( they are kinda cute but dont tell anyone i said that) So would be a major thing for her to do as shes also a kiwi girl through and through. And also why the #### should we be being put through this. My mums been here almost 20yrs have more family here than in england. By a ration of 3 in england 20 here and also i,m an engineer which they are screaming out for here. Only thing i can think of was the lady immigration officer who tried to #### around with my visa a year ago, I went over her head and she was told to renue my visa, she was well pissed off at the time and she was the one i had left messages for and she was the one who came round as smug as #### when i got arrested

Listen i do need help. I owed someone $400 . Before i left, i had left the money with someone else to pay him. He decided on thursday morning(didnt know the money was there for him) to have the skids truck removed from my place at 13 king st petone . says it cost him $200. i didnt really understand when my wife told me he came and dropped the plates back to her. He told her, and remember this is the SKIDS truck that he has crushed it and only got his $400 back ( it had the 35 inch tyres and rims on it from my cruiser)the bullbars worth that, Plus he was with me when i,d paid $2000 for it( a month ago) and didnt have the tyres on it. well sally flipped and so did i and told him we are calling the police . he said no need for that and told sally he will drop my 35inch tyres back to her. I spoke to him again, Police allowing as i was locked up and he said he will get the truck back to 13 king st on monday. i asked about why it needed tow truck was told they smashed steering lock off. Next i here he wants to charge sally $200 to take it to her house or $200 to put it back where it was ffs and also said theres only a few parts gone. I REALLY NEED SOME OF YOU TO GET THIS BACK TO SALLYS AT WAINUI AND THOSE THAT HAVE SEEN IT B4 TO TELL ME WHATS NOT THERE as this will be a police matter

This only happened cause i pissed one of the immigration people off a year ago. By going over her head when she was full off shit. her boss now works in hong kong so she paid me back

no sleep yet you need to write up an email explaing what happened and send it to nat ladour nz first all of them and the media and any actavist groups you can think of the more the stories out the better your chances also what about costs can you sue take them to court start shouting loud

Write a letter to all the MPs using this website. Works a treat, used it heaps. Someone get a std letter up that we can change to suit our selves and we can fill their inboxes.

Having dealt with numerous immigration offices around the world (I like to travel), its never a good idea to piss them off!! However, very sad to see the actions that they have taken in your case (seem too extreme).

I would suggest getting your wife to go to your local MP and ask for support, after all thats what his/her job is - to support the people who voted him/her in this job.

Also, try talking to the person you spoke with prior to things took the turn for nasty. Wish you all the luck.

just spoke to my wife and she was a bit confused at first, as i had asked her to get carl at wellington 4x4 to pick the skids truck up. But now she understands that its ORE that has been calling her. Shes extremley happy that you are all helping out. Ane we are both very grateful. If anyone on here is interested in buying the skids truck. I paid $2000 for it then bolted my 35 inch mud tyres on. those that have seen it know about the suspension lift ect and is running coil springs on the back not leaf ( its an 89/90 surf ) Has no tyre rub at all and has not had a body lift( Just suspension).The shell is not the best of condition and i,ve been told they have broke the steering lock. I think the front bullbar is ARB and has holes ect to just bolt ya winch on behind it. I blew the engine at the last rallywoods i went to. But an ore member has one (which is 2lt petrol) he,s happy to let go for a bottle of jim beam and hes in palmy. I can give you details if your intrested. Will accept $2000 with the 35inch mud tyres and rims, would be great if your running a surf now and just swap the whole body.

And he told my wife he sold it and only got $400. . I am so farked off that someone who i,ve helped out before has stabbed me in the back for his own gain. And after telling my wife the truck had been crushed, only changed his story after we said the police were being called. Also it had a cd player which along with the skids no plates has to go back to the previous owner.
