Wonder how it would go on a 1300cc motor.

hey madaz,

did you have problems with your super? or do you just prefer turbo's?

i would like to power my 'scud up a bit, and been toying with the idea of a super for a while. not many people seem to have done this though, or they have and it went badly wrong  cuz no posts or build threads that i can find. no useful ones anyway.

Its better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Nah, had no issues at all with the supercharger or setup.
Only problem was there was no way to get the multi rib belt to stop slipping when you drove in rivers, so if i ever do another supercharger setup i would use toothed belts

Was reading somewhere lately about using the bottom half of the 16v intake manifold and a new set of tubes etc run from a roots charger (although a centrifical one would work also) made up and fitted to the top. Not sure on the airflow meter positioning, temp sensors and intercooling required, but I would assume a new ECU would be required.

hello

this is a bit off topic but you might be able to help, when you have the electic clutch, how does the air flow through the charger?

cheers
