Stub axle [ Spindle ] seal KZJ7# LJ70s

Sick of water in your freewheel hubs, its could be comming in thro the stub axle seal [ part # 90310-33001 ]
from Toyota . Eazy to replace when your doing your main hub seals.

Is this the same wee item as the rear of fully floating? I'm needing to do them on mine as it has failed on one side. I have pulled one out as a pattern to get another

AFAIK Seals are only in the 1990 onwards Prado's & Landcruiser's , Front [ spindle ] stub axle tube seal is 33x40x5/9. Part number 90310-33001 "S" Type Seal , was fitted to stop water from entering the electric hubs from the CV side
Rear fully floating rear axle tube seal is 35x40x6/9 Part number 90310-35001 "S" Type
Maybe worth a look at seeing if these front tube seals can be installed into eariler front Stub axles tubes..

Iv'e put aset of 70 series stubs on a prado axle........might give the seals a try

Smurf,Thank's for doing this.
The only diffence that I can see is the Prado bush has a machined end on the inner end of thbush, which fits up the inside of the seal
