Costa Plenty is a 500 acre 4x4 park. It is situated on top of the Pukatoi range behind Makuri. The 2 closest towns are Pahiatu & Woodville. Both these towns are just through the Manawatu gorge from Palmerston North.

Go to woodville and about 30 mins from there. Other wise if you have google earth here it is

Jesus H Christ Nick, that's one hell of a long way round to get to Costa Plenty, way out through Eketahuna, Alfredton, Tiramea etc. Your GPS must have been pissed if it took you that way! Most certainly quicker direct from Pahiatua to Makuri.

Now remember, I will be making 2 more teams incase any of the top 6 have problems and need to be replaced.

Yeah man, the event is still half a year away, entry fees havn't even be hinted at yet, and no indication of what the event is going to consist of has been given. One person's view of a tough truck challenge is very different to the next!!!

To me a tough truck challenge is similar to the Coast to Coast. But being run on a farm, do we expect hazards? or stages? or what??

And Entries are full already.

Either way, i would say that there will be plenty of drop outs come a month or so before the event

Lets put it a different way. I don't think drivers should be allowed to drive the obstacles in there competeing trucks otherwise they have an unfair advantage.
