Tyres for sammy with 3" suspension lift

Hey guys, my bro has just bought a Calmini 3" suspension lift kit for his Sammy and is now looking for some decent tyres to put on.
What size would be the best without doing panel mods etc? I was thinking 30x9.5r15.
Sound about right?
Would these tyres fit on std rims? (I think they're 5" or 5.5"). Or should he get wider rims?

get wider rims, I have 2 inch susp lift and I fit 31x 10.5 x 15 on 15 by 8s with negative 24 offset. brought them brand new a a few weeks ago for 1020 including rims!!!
