i will be cruising out sat after 2pm, will meet up with you all do some navi driving ( didnt get a new clutch for xmas) and then share in some xmas BBQ cheer and beer :) :lol:

I'll be out there early on the 27th for a bit of a play
'85 Hilux crawler, 3rz, duals, 4.7's, 4.88's, ARB's, 30 spline Longfields, 6 stud SNR4x4 Histeer, Airshocks up front, coiled rear, 40" Iroks.

What time are the rest of the Welly crew leaving? Jerry and us will be leaving at 8:30am heading up Statehighway one... if you want to meet up with us, we will be at the weigh station at 9:am leaving there at 9:10am.

Great day out, was a blast, wife enjoyed meeting you guys (go figure!!!) had a good play, handbrake is shitted again, even though i avoided all the mud :roll:

Was a lovely day to have a play up the Ashhurst, thanks to all the turned up, it was a great day! Today we packed up and headed for the windfarm.

Awesome trip, looking forward to another play up there, maybe look at new year and do this north range road and maybe some other tracks, will need to investigate a bit more. Anyway will get the vids and photos up asap.

Yep, enjoyed meeting up with all you guys too. Good to have faces and vehicles to the names etc. Look forward to catching up again. PM me if heading up this way again and maybe we can show you a bit more scenery. Was good to see Jafa's truck in action. It's an awesome piece of engineering and was great to see it all in the 'steel' as photos (although good) don't do it full justice when you see it as a sum total in operation. Nothing like seeing some custom 4WD bling in the mud. Wish I was heading south to see it in the elements it was designed for...
