well that pretty much says it, i bought a warn m8000 on trade me a while back now and i then found out i needed a new brake for it so that only arrived on the 14th dec then i had to sort out wiring etc etc but the main thing is that is all in and it runs ok, a bit noisey if you ask me so maybe i didnt put enough grease in the gears. i wound my new overbraid rope onto the drum and put the new aloy fairlead on now it looks a bit new for the truck. along with this i put a 680cca battery in and a 110 amp alternator, which should be suficiant enough. pics below.
