[Welly] Rallywoods New Years Eve / New Years Day

Post by Jerry »

As advised in an earlier thread, we have been invited to Rallywoods to spend new years eve there, 4wding is optional as this is basically a big party.

You are responsible for your own personal behaviour whilst up there (this includes anyone you bring up or invite), Please be aware that the Rallywoods shareholders and their familys will be up there as well.

Strictly NO drinking and driving, don't go off and try the tracks yourself, minimum of 2 or 3 if you do. usual access charges, please add a small donation for diesel for the generator and for the roast veges. those attending are expected to help clean up before leaving the following day. family welcome but please be aware this may be noisy etc. I am the trip leader for this so I will be collecting the $$$ etc.

please bring your own food and drink, this includes plates and knives and forks etc.

Numbers would be helpful.
