Web site not updating

Hows it going Mike?
I'm finding that I am having to constantly refresh every page that I go too on your website, any ideas?
Also just noticed that this part of the forum seems to have been created just for me!!!!! :D :D :D

Hi Tom,

Are you pressing the back button lots? I've noticed that this tends to visit older pages than the one you just visited. Try changing your Temporary internet file settings to "every vist to the page" This is under the tools -> internet options button in the menu.
