Did Mt Greenland on saturday with 3 other trucks from the Canty Landrover Club . Pissing down rain for most of it. Made the track rather interesting to say the least. Very, very slippery. The mud holes pulled the leader up, but we managed to get him out. The rockgarden proved the undoing for the one truck without and lockers/lsd, he needed a tow up. Then the real deep rutted piece with the hard right hander needed a bit of fill in to get through. You could have done it without the road building, but then you would have suffered massive panel damage. Took us about two hours to get up. On Sunday we tried to do German Gully and No Name Rd bu the rivers were running too fast and high. We snuck in at shanytown and drove as far in as we could, the mudholes and turned back. good weekend, good company, not too many trucks and the best part of all, Recoveries: Nissan nil, zip nada, Toyaota 8.
