well got the basic lift finished today!! remounted radiator, extended fuel filler, remounted power steering bottle, and refitted rear bumper.
took it out of the garage and down the road, definatly needs a bit of guard modification.

Thats a real shame, your build has made me green with envy.
If you happen to get a donor tuck with a 4.8 LSD, then, at the right price I might be interested...............
How much did you decide you would have to trim on the guards?
If you run without sway bars, you will need to do a lot more trimming as I can get my 1/2 worn 31's to rub on the back guards at full articulation.
Ok people, move along. Nothing to see here. Thank you, move along.

Be nice to see the pics, cheers.

Inside engine bay, drivers side near the firewall there should be a plate with the body type etc. Near the bottom right there should be some markings re gearing, 488 4.8 or 48 etc.

hey mate nice terrano. ive just scored a v6 manual one for free and would like to do something similar. just wondering what offset those rims are?? do you know if safari/ patrol will bolt on??

also do you think i would be able to fit 32's on with just a 2 inch body lift??

May be worth having a chat to Gareth (Tuigod) re what he has done to beef up the front steering components which bend/break when you take these offroad, he has done some mods to his and it seems to be working.....,
