Nah, you dont, you only saying that............

I had a great day, was an invited guest of taranaki family, event was sponsored and funded by CZ, so all Kiwi4x4 members were invited.
there were three of us, and it was politic of me to attend anyway, let alone that I like the Stones and consider them friends.

met some really good dudes, drank far too many beers. ate too much.

There is a lot to put right in our (Kiwi4x4) relationships with clubs in CZ area. THAT can only be done by the Prez.

where do you work? i am in PN several times a year.

Actually, as I have stated in a PM to you, I would like to meet ya Bob and not for any nasty reasons, I simply meant it would have been nice to see you while you were out and about

I won't comment on what Kiwi4X4 needs to do to improve its self, I will leave that up to the Committee to sort.

Unfortunately, I don't work or live in palmy, I live about 10 minutes south of Levin and work in Paraparaumu.

If ya headin past my place and wanna drop in for a coffee, send me a PM, and I will put the kettle on

There is however a weekend of fun planed for Whaitangi weekend in and around Palmy for some of the ORE and Kiwi lads and lasses, if ya want to join us for some 4x4 , Stock car team champs and undoubtedly, some beer consumption you are more than welcome to attend.

Cheers
Dace.

Went for a drive up Odlins Road yesterday evening. Took a few photos of the washout since some people on here have been enquiring what it is like at the moment.

Definitely feels quite narrow, but both these vehicles were stock and got through quite alright.

A great evening trip, left Upper Hutt about 5:40 pm, and was back home in Stokes Valley just after 10:00 pm. From one view point we could see Mt Taranaki & Mt Ruapehu in the setting sun.

Saturday at Woodhill, Sunday south heads of Kaipara Harbour. It was quite novel to look the the north at Pouto, rather than looking south from Pouto. Some nice big dunes out there.

No, we just went to the saddle, just before the tank traps, it was getting late. I would like to go to the hut one day with a group who have done it before, heard enough stories and seen the photos of the not so successful trips down to the hut.

Next time maybe!!

The stock saf went well even with the shity tires ( was dry track really  ) but it highlighted the fact that it could do with a suspension lift and at min some 33's to get that extra clearance then i can attempt some of the playgrounds   :D
My mate lost his digi camera into the mud while video'n the last mud bog, $400 doen the drain haha oh well leason learned so he reckons :)

First time up in Woodhill with a mate, both in pretty stock trucks.

I`m surprised how well stock trucks go, and when i let my tires down to 15psi, even Better ! oh the extra traction in the sand.

This sunday goin upto the free training with 2 mates, should be good.
To Boon or not to Boon.
