madaz068 Banned From ORE for two months

Hi All,

This is a notification that madaz068 has been banned from ORE for two months for using another account to purposely create "shit" on ore that we all try to stay away from. There was no need for it, and it achieved the result he wanted in that the target was unfortunately banned from the site as a result of his actions. I am truly sorry to this member this has happend to them, on this forum, and as soon as the situation was made aware to mark and myself things were corrected on the site with their account.

Please everyone beware that if you try using two accounts in a deceitful manner, it is very easy to track on the new site and you will be caught and banned as such.

madaz068 please serve out your time. It will be easy to register a new account but people will know it is you and then you will be banned indefinitely.

I hope people understand about pulling the bushfire threads that he has donated, I dont want anything in the next two months from this member on ORE.

I was the one defamed, along with my wife, by madaz068 using the alias up4most. It appears he has joined up as a new user to the site and pretended to be a recent arrival from Australia using this new alias, with the intent to either belittle the two Taranaki clubs he has felt forced to resign from or myself as leader of one of them. In the process of defending my club, of which I am the current president, my wife and I have had to endure the shame of his baseless statements opnen to the public on this forum. I really appreciate the actions of the site controllers in doing what they have done to investigate and uncover this fraud and for leaving this thread open to allow me the right of reply and for others to comment.

I would advise the 487+ readers of the "Naki newbie" thread and the many visitors to this thread - there is a seriousness or gravity to what occurred here which many of you may not realise. My wife and I are significant players in many fields of business and recreation and the statements made were the totally disgusting, personally insulting work of a lowdown cad. They are severely damaging if anyone were to believe them, but they are totally without any foundation.

If Nick Lawson had any financial substance or even some tiny standing in the community he could not afford to lose our recourse through the courts would be swift and decisive and we could be vindicated through the truth which must be bared in that court in the process.

We are though, victims of a low scoundrel who so readily stoops to so grievously insult a man's wife (who was not even involved in the argument, and for those who didn't see it, about as disgusting an insult to a married woman as you could ever imagine) who makes a blatantly false statement linking me to criminal activates in another country and yet we have no real workable solution other than these words.

It is our opinion that this person deserves no place within or preying on our otherwise very close four wheeling fraternity. We have seen the serious and damaging divisions which have appeared (shortly after he has) within any club or group he has ever joined. We know there are many, many, others out there who have good reason to feel similarly and who could give voice in support here but who are too private or hurt to share it. We speak for them too.
